Aimee has become for me a beacon of wisdom during our turbulent COVID years; Aimee manages to overlay science, psychology and good humor in a way that enables me to reflect on my practice, and that of my team, so we can lead with insight, keeping always the resilience and wellbeing of all at the heart of decision making.

Aimee is both realistic and compassionate, and it is her gentle, informed and determined reflective practice that enables me to aim for this in my work.
